This years show highlights!
Gates open at 8.30 am, the day is filled with country attractions and things to see and take part in. Our education zones is full of activities for all ages, trade and catering stands to peruse, and refreshments to enjoy from our bar & seated catering area with live music throughout the day.
This year we are thrilled to have so many attractions at the show, alongside new schools and colleges visiting and our sold out Hospitality area, our show is evolving and becoming a real celebration of our farming future and past.

Traditional Horse and Tractor Ploughing
The show is steeped in tradition and is proud to stage the spectacle of the traditional horse and tractor ploughing competition which started the show over 100 years ago and is still a highlight today.
Vintage, classic, and modern tractors will take part in the competitions starting at 9am.
Shetland Pony Grand National
We will be welcoming the Shetland Pony Grand National and Ex jockley Bob Champion back into our Main Ring this year. The most prestigious Shetland Racing Team in the UK that always puts on a fantastic show for visitors!
The Shetland Pony Grand National is an organisation, that raises money each year for a nominated charity. This year they will be raising money for the Bob Champion Cancer Trust.
A team of Children aged between 8-14 years old and Shetland ponies will join us for two heats of competition, culminating in a fiercely fought Grand Final to conclude entertainment in The Main Ring.
Have a Go Gundog Scurry!
Lucinda and her Gundog Girls Brand team will be holding a Gundog Scurry at this years show!
If you fancy entering, the event is open to any gundog breed or gundog and involves an exciting retieving competition for dogs against the clock! The fastest dog wins, so lots of fun for trained dogs and pets alike.
Ladies in Pigs – Promoting the British pork industry for over 20yrs
Ladies in Pigs are non-profit organisation dedicated to educating future generations about British food and the farming Industry.
They will be giving live cooking demonstrations at the show, highlighting the importance of British pork and healthy eating.
They’ll also share their popular activity booklet, The Pig Issue, packed with fun and educational content for children!
LIPs play a vital role in connecting farming, food, and consumers while advocating for clear pork product labelling so you know exactly where your food comes from!

Education and Careers
This year we are hosting a dedicated Careers and Further Education Area. It’s not just a base for schoolchildren; it’s an opportunity to inspire and guide young minds towards limitless opportunities.

Horticultural Marquee
See the best of the best in the Horticultural tent this year. Come a view the array of entries, from artwork to baking, home grown vegetables to crafting.
If you are a green-thumbed gardener or creative crafter why not enter into the show this year – there are catagories from all ages!
Trade Stands
We are proud of the quality of local businesses that showcase their produce at Flintham Show! Enjoy sampling and shopping some fantastic local goods from fashion, to crafts, food, drink, cars and machinery there is something for everyone.
Tractor Train Rides
Hop on one of our charming tractor trains and take a tour around the show site. Whether you are a tractor enthusiast or want to take in the show from another perspective, our tractor rides will let you take it all in.
Our tractor trains will be taking visitors around the site throughout the day from a designated pick up / drop off point.
Forestry
Join us around to see state of the art tools and machinery which have made tree felling, pruning, chipping and planting far easier than ever before.
Our business partners Greenfield will demonstrate the art and skill behind this and will be joined by The National Hedge Layers Association, who will be happy to chat and answer questions visitors may have.
Catering, Bar and Live Music
There is something for everyone to refresh themselves with at Flintham show. Fresh coffee, a fully stocked bar, stonebaked pizzas, sandwiches, hot and cold food and much more. We also have a live band playing throughout the day for you to enjoy.
If you want to make you day at Flintham Show even more of an experience you can purchase a VIP ticket which includes lunch in Presidents marquee and drink voucher. Or why not extend you day and join our Evening After Party with hog roast and live band!
Light Horse Attractions
For all horse and riding enthusiasts we have entertainment throughout the day including Ridden Horse classses, Side Saddle and Working Hunter classes.
Livestock
We are looking forward to a great display of cattle and sheep at Flintham Show this year. Visitors are welcome to come along and see the cattle being prepared for the show and to talk to the exhibitors.
